Duplicating the Inspection form

Duplicating
an inspection form does not copy the same Planning settings. Planning settings
for newly duplicated form need to be performed separately.
Function to duplicate the
inspection topic is most often used, when there’s a need to build an inspection
form similar to the one that already exists. Most often this happens when:
- there are multiple units of similar equipment;
- several units of organization have to perform same topics of inspection;
- there’s a part of the inspection form that doesn’t change and only few sections are different;
- there’s a need to have the same
inspection form, but with different planning settings
In the module select the topic that needs to be duplicated
within
and open it by clicking on ID (
for example)
Click on 
button in the upper right corner of the screen
and select an option to Duplicate:
Within the window
that will open – type the Name of new topic, add pictogram if necessary and
select units that this newly duplicated topic will be designated for and
confirm by clicking :
In the duplicated form add/delete/change inspection points (if necessary), perform Planning settings, since they come empty after duplicating and then Deploy a new form so that it would become available in the mobile app CONFORMiT Control for end users performing the inspection.
