the device is in 
tab of the isolating device details page
Clicking on 
button will open a field to select a Machine
or another Device that the energy is coming from/through on in and out side of
the current isolating device (select from drop-down list):
If this device receives energy or isolates
energy to multiple devices and/or machines – button to 
allows to create multiple entries in the
current field without having to open the selection window each time.
Once selected – machines or devices appear
in relevant fields and can be removed if necessary, by clicking on
