By default, Return to service steps are arranged in the reverse order of steps implying devices in the Isolation section. This is to facilitate creation of Lockout procedures. In case that doesn’t reflect the necessary steps for returning machine back to service – deactivate the option and add necessary instructions.

  1.          In the   module within  section select the procedure that you wish to describe or edit isolation steps for or find it in the list if you have just created this new procedure. Use the search bar to facilitate your search  Click on Identifier to open it.

  1.         In the left side Procedure menu go to Return to service section and if it is necessary to edit instructions to existing steps or create additional steps – deactivate the Synchronize button  This makes it possible to edit existing steps, change their position or add new steps.

  1.      Moving steps in the order or deleting steps is performed by  buttons. If necessary to change instructions within the step – open it pressing on  arrow.

 

  1.         From here you may  , which allows to change the device Position and Additional instruction to it.

  1.          A different device may be selected if needed for this step from the drop-down list or another one created by pressing on This will automatically change device details and instructions for current step.
  1.         If device is not needed for the Return step you want to describe – deactivate button and select from the list or create a new instruction.

  1.          To create an additional Return to service step, click  Then select the instruction or select a device, if this step implies one (that will require to activate the Device needed button first)
