Creating new Risk from Event details or linking an event to the existing Risk

Creating a new Risk or linking the existing one is possible for tenants that have Risk Analysis module activated.

Within the event details   section go to the    tab and it will have options at the top of this section to create or link risks.


Clicking on  will open a window with the list of existing risks which allows to select one or multiple risk analyses that are linked to current event (use the search bar if necessary).

In case there’s a need to create a new Risk – click on the button   and fill up the information in the window that opens.

        - Select one or multiple units where this Risk exists (start typing the unit name to facilitate the search)


      - Selecting positions that deal with this Risk and Tasks where it’s present is optional as well as it’s optional to select Machines that this task is affiliated with.

  

Selecting Machines linked with the Risk that’s being created is only possible if the tenant is using Lockout module and if the Machine structure is built. The choice in the window presented above will be limited only to those machines, that exist under the organizational unit selected in the first step of the window.

     - Select a hazardous situation and Hazardous Phenomenon


If necessary to create more than one Risk – select  in the bottom left corner of the window. Once you click on   button – the risk will appear in the Event details section as well as in the list of risks in the   module.


Risk IDs provide a quick access to the Risk details page (for example ) where user can view details and proceed to analysis of this risk.
