Creating new lockout procedures can be done by users having relevant
right according to their role in the software. For those not having this right
button to create a lockout procedure will not be available. Please refer to
your CONFORMiT administrator if you need to obtain such right.
- Go to
module. This opens the list of existing lockout procedures both draft and approved ones.
- Click on
to open the window, where it’s necessary to select the machine, for which will be created this energy control procedure
- Select the machine name that will be locked out, select whether it’s complete or partial lockout and Identifier. Click on
within this window when finished.
- This newly created procedure will appear in the list, from where it’s necessary to open it by clicking on the Identifier (for example
).
- In the Procedure details page go from one step to another Shutdown-Isolation-Return to service and
or
one by one to build the Procedure.
- Select instructions from drop-down list or create additional ones where
necessary by clicking on
