How to change the Status of the procedure?

Status changes are performed according to Transitions designed within the Workflow that is in effect for current Procedure. Status may be changed both to more advanced according to the workflow sequence and to previous stages when necessary to review or perform the previous step again.

  1.          In the  module within section select the procedure that you wish to describe or edit isolation steps for or find it in the list if you have just created this new procedure. Use the search bar to facilitate your search  Click on Identifier to open it.

  1.          Before making change to the Status user may consult the Workflow sequence by clicking on in the upper right side of the screen.

                     

  1.           This view allows to see all existing transitions for this step and view which status they lead to by putting your cursor on the Transition box.
            
  1.       Once you’ve selected to which Status you wish to change in this Procedure, click on the relevant Transition under the Actual Status description in the upper left part of the screen.

           
             

   

  1.      In the window that opens, select one or several users that will be assigned to complete the action of the step you’re changing Status to and type the note or description if necessary (optional).
  2.      Once you confirm by pressing on Status will be changed and displayed in the Actual status area along with the name of the assigned user.

                                         

Status changes may be performed by users having relevant rights in the CONFORMiT tenant and when the current step is completed or cannot be completed due to the need to perform review or procedure modifications in previous steps again. Status may be changed even for the Procedure that is already Approved, for that purpose by default Disapproved transition exists to take it back to the first step of the Workflow.
