Similar questions : How to customize (filter) dashboards ?
Within Inspections module click on in the left side tool bar. You will see summary
graphs for categories of Compliance level (Percentage vs Year), Inspections per
topic and Number of inspections per user (displayed only after selecting name
inspector in filter). Currently displayed dashboards include data for all Units
of your Organizational structure, all time, all users and all Topics.
As we press on Filter signwe access the possibility to filter information that is used when
building our dashboards by certain Units, Topics, Inspectors and Date. It is possible
to choose just one Unit, Topic or Inspector or several units at the same time,
which is reflected on dashboards that we get as a result of such changes.
In drop down lists
that open we can choose our options as we want to customize graphs.
By selecting certain
Units, Inspectors, Date range or Topic, we exclude those inspections, that are
not associated with categories we selected. This gives the possibility to view
precise information within set margins.
Please note that
filter stays until it’s deleted by the user. Leaving the Inspections module, or
signing out of the software doesn’t remove the filter by itself. Applying or
removing filters doesn’t affect other users how they view their dashboards.
