How to add a corrective measure in mobile application?

·         Once you noticed a non-compliance and clicked on relevant answer to the question, you’re taken to the page asking to mention a corrective measure

·         To add a corrective measure, click on  and page will open asking you to type description of the measure and as an option to Take a picture or add a picture if you already have it in the gallery on your device

                       

·         If this safety measure is already in place, you may just click on and if not you need to move the button to inactive position to open following fields:

 -- here you will indicate the Organizational unit, Owner (responsible for completion of the measure) and indicate the Due date;

once finished click on

·         You may add more corrective measures if necessary or you may indicate whether this non-compliance is Resolved or Unresolved as of the moment and proceed to the next question

 

Corrective measure is registered within CAPA module of the Conformit software and can be also linked to other non-compliances
