1.         In the event details go to menu section CAPA to view the list of all corrective measures associated with this event, that were created during investigation and analysis.
   

1.          To view CAPA details click on ID in the list (for example and edit details in the window that will open to the right side, or view it in more detailed format within CAPA module by clicking on the link in the top right

     

 

1.        Deleting a CAPA is possible after switching to CAPA module by the link  and from there clicking on Actions- Delete CAPA in the upper right corner

                                    

1.        In order to create a new CAPA linked to this event click on above the list and fill up new corrective measure description and details in the window that opens
