How to create a CAPA from the fishbone schematic?

1. Within module Analysis section on the fishbone schematic find the fact category that you wish to add CAPA for.

1.          For causes (red or green color boxes)  click on that appears as you put your cursor over the category box, that opens options of what is possible to add

             

1.          Clicking on CAPA option opens a window to fill up relevant information to create a CAPA. Several CAPAs may be create for the same Root Cause or Immediate Cause.
   

  

1.          To add CAPA from the Fact Details window put your cursor on the fact category  — click on «pencil"sign on the fact category box will open the Fact details window (some facts don’t have any Causes related to them, but in case necessary it’s possible to add one by clicking on )

1.         In the bottom of the Fact Details page there’s a possibility to select a Cause and open its Details window
   

  

1. In the bottom of Cause Details window there’s an option to add a CAPA by pressing on
   
    that will open the same window to fill up corrective measure details
   

 

All the CAPAs created from Cause Details or Fact Category page will be automatically linked to the relevant Cause and to the Event as well in the CAPA module.
